How do I contact WESELLTOOLS.COM?

For general questions about our products, you can call our tool experts toll-free at 1-888-996-8665 (1-888-996-TOOL) Monday through Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST. What is the return policy?

  • You can return any item for any reason during the first 10 days after delivery of your item. We will even pay the shipping fees. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns on any purchased item from stock during the first 10 days after the delivery date provided the item is in sellable condition, unused and in its original package.
  • Simply use the pre-paid, return label included in your shipment to return the item by mail. Once the item is received by WESELLTOOLS.COM and deemed resalable and in its original package, we will refund 100% of the cost of the item or exchange your purchase, excluding original shipping charges. Please allow up to four weeks for full credit card refund.
  • There will be no restocking fee if the return is within 10 days from date of delivery. Returned items received after the 10 day return period, will be charged a 35% re-stocking fee.
  • Items returned that are deemed not resalable may not be exchanged or refunded at full cost.
  • Do not return on-line purchases to the store.
  • Special/custom orders are not returnable.
  • Consumables are not refundable unless returned unused in original packaging.
  • Gas generators are not returnable once filled with gas.

Order was shipped incorrectly or shorted?

  • WESELLTOOLS.COM always strives to fill your order completely and accurately, but if you determine after opening your package that you have not received the proper merchandise or that your order has been shorted, please contact us immediately. Claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the shipment to be valid.

What do I do if my product is defective or broken?

  • After the first 10 days of purchase, you must receive a return authorization form on broken and defective items before returning the item to WESELLTOOLS.COM for refund or replacement.
  • All broken or claimed defective products will be replaced, credited or repaired in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty upon authorization that the product is defective. We reserve the right to replace a broken or defective item with an item of similar make and model of equal or greater value.
  • In order to obtain the return authorization on broken and defective items, you must email customer service at WESELLTOOLS.COM to receive an RGA number. Authorized returned products should be sent to: WESELLTOOLS.COM, 6722 Highway 70, Bartlett TN 38134. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods during transportation, please insure your package.
  • After the first 10 days from purchase, shipping charges for returned goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We Sell Tools does not provide any warranty for products other than the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty for products subjected to abnormal use are null and void. Abnormal use includes, but is not limited to, abuse, accident, alteration, neglect and unauthorized or unreasonable use or repairs. We recommend that you maintain your tools and sharpen or replace blades, bits, and files as necessary. We reserve the right to make any changes in construction or design at any time without any obligation in incorporating such changes to tools or equipment previously sold. Manufacturer’s warranties are non-transferable.
  • All products sold by We Sell Tools are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty repair/replacement policies only.
  • We Sell Tools will be happy to help our customers with their warranty repairs by directing them to the manufacturer’s warranty/repair center or customer service center.
  • You can email customerservice@weselltools.com for the manufacturer’s warranty/repair center or customer service center contact information. Please be sure to provide the name of the brand of your item in question.

Accepting Shipments and Damaged Goods?

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting thoroughly all shipments for damage prior to signing and accepting their purchases from the shipper.
  • Any item with damage should be refused.
  • The customer should decline the signature request and contact customerservice@weselltools.com service to request replacement product or refund.
  • If a shipment is signed for without exception noted for damage, the customer will need to contact the freight carrier directly to file a claim.

How Do I Receive Truck Shipments?

  • Items weighing over 75 lbs. and certain over-sized items may ship by truck freight.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to remove delivered items from freight trucks.
  • Most freightliner truck beds are approximately four feet from the ground.
  • Items weighing under 150 pounds can typically be picked up off the bed and placed on the ground by one or two able-bodied persons.
  • Attempting this with heavier items can place all individuals in the area at risk.
  • Please be aware that it is not the truck driver's responsibility to unload or even assist in unloading your items.
  • A lift gate is a mechanism on the back of the truck that lowers the freight from the truck bed to the ground. If you would like to choose lift gate service for an additional fee, you may do so by contacting customerservice@weselltools.com at time of purchase.

Does WESELLTOOLS.COM ship outside the United States?

  • At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.
  • Shipping to states outside of the continental United States may incur additional shipping charges.
  • We will not ship to international addresses.
